When you apply, Ternuvo AI stores your name, email, mobile number, experience, resume, application date and source. Recruitment notes and application status may be added during review. Applicants from our LinkedIn job may be imported into the same private hiring workspace.

How it is used

We use this information to review your application and contact you about the role. It is not published on the website. The hiring dashboard is restricted to the company administrator.

Storage and providers

The website runs on Vercel. Application records and private resume files are stored with Supabase. Email sent to our company mailbox is handled by Namecheap Private Email. Providers process the information necessary to deliver these services.

Your choices

To withdraw an application, correct information, or request deletion, email careers@ternuvoai.com from the address used in your application. We retain applications while needed for recruitment and handle deletion requests after verifying the requester.

Administrator sign-in uses an essential, secure session cookie. Public application forms do not store your resume or contact information in browser storage.
