Build practical AI systems from idea to working software.

You’ll collaborate directly with the founder on customer-facing AI applications, knowledge retrieval, and workflow automation. This is an early hire with hands-on involvement across design, implementation, and delivery.

What you’ll do

• Build LLM applications, retrieval pipelines, and agents with clearly scoped tool access.
• Develop Python APIs and connect AI features to business systems.
• Create evaluation datasets and measure answer quality, latency, and cost.
• Implement permissions, logging, fallbacks, and human review where needed.
• Deploy, debug, document, and improve applications using real feedback.

What you’ll bring

• 1–3 years of relevant software or AI engineering experience.
• Strong Python skills and experience building APIs and integrating services.
• Practical experience with LLM APIs, embeddings, retrieval, and evaluation.
• Comfort with Git, SQL, testing, and deployment fundamentals.
• Clear written communication and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• A project, repository, or case study that shows how you solve engineering problems.

Useful extras

TypeScript or React, vector search, Docker, cloud deployment, and experience delivering software to clients.

Role details

Permanent, full-time role. Remote within India. ₹20 LPA annual package. 1–3 years of relevant engineering experience. Working-hour overlap will be discussed during the hiring process.
